Polaroid L7 and L10 tablets come with Lollipop goodness

12 Jan

Polaroid had a good run in this year’s CES, and one of the notable announcements they made were the two tablets running on Android’s latest iteraion – 5.0 Lollipop.

The two have seemingly similar hardware, seperated by their 7-inch and 10-inch screen sizes. There’s nothing really interesting about them as they have mid-range specs at most, as they target budget conscious consumers because the competition towards the high-end level is significantly harder.

The Polaroid L10 and L7 tablets have a quad-core processor, front-facing speakers, WiFi, and Bluetooth connectivity. Resolution information hasn’t surfaced yet, but we’re inclined to believe that it’s no better than HD 1280×720. Polaroid also claims “long battery life” for the both devices which is a must for entertainment-focused gadgets. A rear and front-facing camera rounds up the entire package.

The Polaroid L7 has a suggested retail price of $99 USD while the bigger more expensive Polaroid L10 will be sold for $149 USD.
